When the trial ends, pick the plan that fits: Starter ($19/mo) for the essentials, Board ($29/mo) to keep the full toolkit, or Growth ($49/mo) for larger communities up to 200 lots. Your data and settings carry over either way, and your monthly price is locked for 3 years from the day you convert.
You pick a paid plan and keep going at full speed. If you don't pick a plan in time, your workspace enters a 30-day reactivation grace period — the community site stays up, but board members see upgrade prompts before posting announcements, sending email, or running AI features. After the grace period, the public site is paused but board members can still sign in to upgrade or export. Six months after your trial ends with no payment, the workspace is archived and the data is permanently deleted — we'll email you well before that happens. One-click data export is always available. We're generous with off-ramps, but we're not in the business of hosting abandoned sites forever.
