Docs / Modules

Turn on what you need. Leave the rest off.

Every community is different. A 20-lot neighborhood with no pool doesn't need ACC review. A gated community with assessments needs financial tracking on day one. VeraHeim lets you pick exactly what your board needs.

Optional modules

Available on the Board plan ($29/mo) and above. Enable any combination.

Financial

Assessment tracking, delinquency workflows, demand letters, and estoppel certificates.

Example: Mark a lot as delinquent and generate the pre-lien demand letter Florida law requires.

Violations

Violation tracking with the full notice-and-hearing workflow your state requires.

Example: Report a violation → first notice → 14-day cure period → hearing → fine. Each step tracked.

ACC

Architectural review applications with attachments, review tracking, and decisions.

Example: Owner submits a fence request with photos. Board reviews, votes, and records the decision.

Governance

Board terms, officer history, committees, and election tracking.

Example: Track which seats are up for election, record training completion, manage committee membership.

How modules work together

Modules share data. You don't have to re-enter it.

Violations can schedule hearings. When a violation reaches the hearing stage, it creates a linked board meeting automatically.

Assessments can track fines. When a violation results in a fine, it creates an assessment record linked back to the violation.

Documents are shared. Meeting minutes, violation notices, and assessment letters are stored in the document library with the right visibility controls.
