VeraHeim doesn't require a consultant or a month-long onboarding. Here's what the process actually looks like for a self-managed board.
Sign up at /start with your community name, state, and email. We create your portal with the right compliance defaults for your state. Florida communities get Chapter 720 rules loaded automatically.
Enter your lot numbers (or upload a spreadsheet). Create accounts for each board member. Board members get management access — meeting scheduling, document uploads, violation tracking, and everything else in the modules you've turned on.
Drag in bylaws, CC&Rs, meeting minutes, financial reports, and anything else you have. AI classifies documents by category, extracts key dates, and organizes your library. You can also upload an owner spreadsheet to populate the directory.
Every community starts with Documents, Meetings, Announcements, Directory, and Contact. When you're ready, turn on Violations, Financial, ACC, Polls, Governance, or any other module your board needs. Each module adds its own pages, workflows, and AI tools.
Send invite links to your owners. They get a portal with announcements, documents, meeting notices, their assessment balance, and directory access. They can submit contact requests, ACC applications, and violation reports through the portal instead of emailing the board.
